DESCRIPTION

The bronze relief set on the Vigadó Squarein Budapestwas revealed on the 14th of October, 2008. The relief located on the Danube Promenade stands on separated metal legs and presents a panoramic view rather than buildings. The sculptor, ÁdámFarkas, created the panoramic view of the Buda-Castle and Castle-Hill which both are parts of the World Heritage. The Braille inscriptions are engraved into the Danubeand the relief portrays how the Chain Bridge connects the two riverbanks. The main supporter of the project was the Generali-ProvidenciaZrt. This youngest relief was revealed by Antal Rogán, the mayor of the V. district of Budapest.
